About Ron Krönen
Ron Krönen, of European Swiss descent, has resided in multiple countries including Switzerland and the United States, and has traveled to over 50 countries for education and international business.
He studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors at Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland. His global upbringing, multilingual fluency (trilingual), and international perspective continue to influence the visionary leadership he brings to his companies.
Today, Ron is the Founder and CEO of KrönenGroup, which began operations in March 2013 and is quickly becoming the world’s leading name in offshore oil and gas brokerage.

In addition to his work in energy, Ron is also the CEO of Staff IT Enterprises, a Global Hi-Tech Talent Acquisition Firm with decades of leadership in technical recruiting.
Career Highlights in the IT & Aerospace Sectors:
- 1980s: Principal Partner at Project Objectives LLC, an IBM alliance company supplying engineers for the IBM 3090xx mainframe series
- Former Director of Recruiting for DataForce UK, an Oracle Business Alliance Member (Latin America and Southeastern USA)
- Founded ERP Source, later rebranded as The SourceGroup, which later merged with American Recruiters International
- Founder of E-TECH SOLUTIONS, which contributed to the development of LeapFrog’s “MindStation” and “LeapPad”
